Bin-less Office The concept of the Binless Office is simple and efficient. It involves the removal of the under desk general waste bins, and the introduction of a 'Desk Tray Recycler',  whereby all materials are placed in the tray throughout the working day. At the end of the day or when the tray is full, the tray is brought to a central recycling area and the materials in the tray are segregated into bins specific to each waste stream.

 

This simple to implement waste management programme can reduce a businesses general waste bill by reducing the amount of waste going to landfill and increasing the amount of segregated recyclable streams such as paper, plastic and general waste.

The Eco Flush System - Reducing your Carbon Footprint, Reducing your Costs!

Eco Flush is an innovative technology which regulates the flushing of urinals to match usage. Saving you up to 90% of water when compared to an uncontrolled cistern and up to 30% against an "unintelligent" system.   

Eco Flush wisher intelligent water management system uses an infra-red sensor to count users and automatically adjusts the flush rate to match usage.  This ensures that hygiene is not compromised while maximum water savings are made.  Hygiene standards are maintained when there are no users (e.g. overnight), with a sleep mode flushing every 8 hours.  Reducing your water usage will also reduce your electricity requirement to provide and treat this amount of water, thereby reducing costs further and also reducing your carbon footprint.

Reducing your water usage will also reduce your electricity requirement to provide and treat this amount of water by 531 KwH, thereby reducing costs further and also reducing your carbon footprint by 234.6 Kgs of CO2.
